With the recent social media campaign, it has been made clear Justin Bieber plans to present us with new music this month. Today, it has been confirmed that JB will be releasing his follow up to his 2012 effort Believe in full on November 13th. The forthcoming project is yet to be titled, but we will keep you posted on updates heading in to the future. His single 'What Do You Mean?' will arrive August 28th.
