In an interview with Billboard, Questlove released new information on new music from The Roots. In addition to the group working on a joint album with Elvis Costello, they have also finished up their own project. This will be their 14th studio album titled & Then You Shoot Your Cousin, and is tentatively scheduled to released late 2013 or sometime next year. We’re looking forward to it.

In this clip, The Roots perform ‘Ain’t Gonna Let Nobody Turn Me Around’, a track that will be released on Soundtrack To A Revolution, which showcases contemporary artists singing traditional Civil Rights-era freedom songs.
