Rae Sremmurd is set to continue their momentum into 2015 with the release of their upcoming album SremmLife. This month, the duo is also planning to close out 2014 strong, hitting the stage as a musical guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon along with the release of the single 'Throw Sum Mo' which will feature Nicki Minaj and Young Thug.
