If you thought Beyonce wasn't already going to takeover the MTV VMA's this year, think again. Along with her eight nominations, Beyonce will be receiving the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. She will also be performing live at the awards show for the 4th time. The MTV VMA's will air worldwide from The Forum in Inglewood, California on August 24th.
