A Message From The Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival

Large

Dear Supporters of Brooklyn Bodega and The Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival,
First, I want to thank you for your past support of The Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival. In five short years our event has grown from a parking lot in Williamsburg to the largest Hip-Hop event in New York City. As we count down to our fifth annual, we are more excited than ever. The anticipation is palpable in the office, in the streets of Brooklyn and across the globe. Supporters of Hip-Hop culture are traveling from Japan, Australia and South Africa to attend. Artists are coming from Los Angeles, London, Toronto and even as far away as The Bronx to perform. This is truly shaping up to be our best year yet.
However all is not quiet on the Western Front. The current economic climate, which has claimed so many jobs and giants like General Motors affects us as well. Still we persevere with our commitment to provide high quality programming at an affordable price.
I urge all supporters of Hip-Hop and the culture to go to the bodega and find out more about how you can save the Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival.
