Off of Erykah’s upcoming album which releases March 30th.

This was shot last night at SXSW, and edited today. It is The Cool Kids rocking with Travis barker of Blink 182 fame and the amazing DJ A-Trak the man behind Fools Gold records( with his partner Nick Catchdubs). The song is called JumpDown. This is for Travis’ forthcoming Interscope records project which sounds pretty amazing but I can’t let out to many secrets on that right now….More to come.

This occurred at the Texas Takeover Fools Gold showcase last night which was sponsored by Pro Keds and Keds. The show was great the audio a little rough but it works. More to come including interviews conducted by me with Travis,Donnis,and DJ Atrak. I was glad to be a small part of helping put this together it brought a lot of cultures together under one roof and was a amazing show to witness.

While our resident Mike & Mike combination are down at SXSW handling some illRoots exclusive content I’ll be keeping you up to speed on everything as it drops, thanks Jonathan.

This past weekend I was out in Brooklyn with Joell Ortiz and Novel shooting the video for their new record “Night Train”. Everything went smoothly despite the fact that we shot during a monsoon. But I guess you can say we are like the postal service, rain or shine we still deliver! Look out for the full video dropping very soon.
