As we move forward in this culture sometimes we forget some of the pioneers such as Kool Herc. Yet I urge some of these pioneers to embrace and teach the next generation because today we hear so many people say “Hip-Hop isn’t what it used to be”. When in all actuality thats why it is indeed Hip-Hop because we evolve year after year into what we feel and what we connect with.
