I like the song more than the video, and dude’s ‘Killed Hip Hop’ shirt is something I’d cop.
NaS needs to put up some real money and do a good treatment for ‘Fried Chicken’.

This isn’t something that would even sniff TV. I know he’s pretending to not care about any form of media, but until we ‘destroy and rebuild’ our own media format, paychecks/album sales will effected by your level of exposure.

That’s one of the best songs i’ve heard from Nasir inna while, i wonder if this is a throwaway from “Nigger”? But to be honest, i really don’t get what’s so special about Rik Cordero. I mean he gets Nas’s point across, but ithe vid seems sorta cliched to me and don’t get me started on the Wale video. The only vids that i liked from him were The Root’s “Get Busy” and 9th and Buckshot’s “Hold it Down”. But the track is ill, i tried to dwnld it but i think FAUX (fox) blocked me. PEACE, ONE!!!

Nas to me is a good rapper not the greatest of all time or even great he is pretty much mediocre. But every once an a while such as this song, stillmatic etc. he shows flashes of greatness. He puts out songs that are positive and have a message. When he was going to name his album Nigger I thought this must be one of Nas’ flashes of greatness. But when I heard his explanation of the title I knew that either he was doing it for shock or he was trying to send a message but fell short because of his logic and lack of analyzation on how the title could send a message. If he put stuff like this out all the time he would be in my 10 if not top 5.
