    this is messed up, not at all what the nappy roots have sounded like in the past. I’m disappointed.

    To a certain extent I agrree, but while the production may be different but the same conscious rap is there.

    Tracks How u Like me Now chronicles almost everything they went through from Pre Watermelon Chicken and Gritz to Now. The Way it is, Suit Pressed, The Man, Superstars, Never Give A, Hold On, Celebration all have that lyrical content you expect from them as well.

    The negatives IMO are that Tracks 3 – 4 are comparable to the Lacs, Dogs and Hogs/My Ride type tracks from thier first two albums. 5-10 are skip material as well.

    So overall I think its a solid mix tape. As it is 21 tracks to choose from, the good definitely outweighs the bad.
