   well i kinda kno y hes mad cuz djs been steelin his material and the internet leaking it soon as it coms djs com in and cop dat material quick and that material is goonna be with in a mixtape next week djs gonna be on the intro and sat stuff like (example) its dj smoothy jdt and we back with the hot music part 13 and we got sum of dat raw 10 brand new tracks from wayne on tha carter 3 and we gonna continue tha carter 3 material like som stuff like dat its like no matter how many tracks u do its gonna all be leaked with in the next day and everybody gonna hear it dowload it bootleggin dat stuff befo the album coms out and befo it coms u can hear people bangin dat stuff people gonna be like how u get dat stuff already man shoo me i just wait untill the album coms so i can cop it cuz u spoil it if u gettin it befo it comes out and u start to get tired of listen to it cuz u heard already

    To me it all comes down to one thing… You want to be a slave to a label and/or famous? If all you care about his chillin on MTV and knowing a million of our sisters are calling theyself Mrs [insert your name here]… If that’s all you care about… STOP YOUR B*TCHING!!! I am not proud of how many of our siblings slinging mixtapes are prostituting their skills to get a name for themselves, but if you want that notoriety suck it up and prepare for your close-up. Its amazing to me how only major label cats have their whole project leaked. Not saying that indy and conscious heads don’t find their stuff online, but come on now. If it is THAT important to you that heads not find your upcoming project online (back in the day it was bootlegs) than don’t tell your publicist to leak it and watch who has access to it. Point blank, every time a DJ (whether it be mixtape, radio, internet) gives it burn that’s another group of heads being put on to it. I have had heads in the OTTR Extended Family slide me joints a year out and ask me for feedback providing i do not rock their music until they green light it. And maybe i am too honest for my own good, but i respected that and gave them sincere commentary.

    If Weezy or any other rapper who was made on marketing and/or production doesn’t like free publicity, then i have a whole page or two of names of MCs who will gladly take their place and infuse some of what Hip Hop lyricism is really about to this lost generation of shorties. Accept the challenges that come with the type of success you are experiencing or sit down.
