Shout Outs to YouTube and Viacom!!!
Ugh. I’m tired of this. It think this is our fourth YouTube account to be deleted (also our shortest lasting). I don’t get WHY it’s such a problem. I could understand if it was just MP3’s or whatever, buts its flash videos. I can also guarantee that 90% of the people who use YouTube don’t know how to download the shit. I’m thinking about taking the OnSMASH approach to things, but we dont wanna pull a WSHH and completely jack their shit. If you have any ideas as to how we can do this without deliberatly swagger jacking them let us know.
Also, PDA and I are a dropping a mixtape called ‘Pedo Party Pt. One‘ soon [No Mark Foley], and I can guarantee it will be crazy.

Rename your shit differently on youtube, the computer can’t scan a video and actually see if its copyright. Or use zshare, their links don’t usually go down. You can download them and stream them.

nah, we use dailymotion as well but youtube is the most convineinent and popular. more hits on that = more views on youtube = more people seeing the video = more curious poeple checking out the site

Just stick interviews and non-copy right material on youtube. Then use dailymotion for music videos then probably.

Yeah Viacom is being a crapwhore. They deleted like 10 of my Screwed and Chopped videos just because they had BET or MTV signs on them.

also utube try to make sure they havent got viacoms shit on there cus it basically just proves their point.
and i personally think that viacom will win the case, which will set precedent and utube is gonna get fuked over with lawsuits from there on in.
